Hi ! I’m Rae, a licensed esthetician since December 2021, with a love for all things skincare and self-care. I graduated from the Continental School of Beauty in Syracuse, NY, and specialize in facials, brows & full body waxing. Creating a calm, comfortable space for my clients is what I’m all about. Whether you’re here for glowing skin or a moment to unwind, my goal is to help you feel your absolute best—inside and out. I’m a cat mom and an animal lover through and through, so feel free to share your pet stories during your visit! Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected situations can arise; however, to respect my time and other clients, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost. This policy will be waived only in the case of illness, emergencies, or severe weather.
A no-show occurs when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not provide notice. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost, as the time was reserved exclusively for you and cannot be filled on short notice. This policy helps ensure fairness and allows me to continue providing quality service to all clients.
